UNSPOKEN
A Ritual Circle for the Grief You Can't Name
Come home to what you've been carrying
There are aches we carry that no one sees.
Emotions that go unnamed. Parts of ourselves we’ve buried to survive.
Unspoken is a ritual space for the grief that doesn’t fit into boxes —
not just death, but identity, burnout, motherhood, old versions of self…
This isn’t therapy. This is a space to exhale.
To move. To be held. To return.
Is This For Me?
This circle is for you if you’re…
• Grieving a version of yourself
• Navigating a life transition or identity shift
• Feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or disconnected from your body
• Holding emotions you haven’t fully processed
• Longing to be seen, felt, and held — with no pressure to perform
You don’t need to be spiritual.
You don’t need the “right” words.
If your heart’s been whispering “I need something…” — this is it.

What to Expect Inside the Circle
These are sacred 90 minute circles rooted in presence, softness, and realness.
There’s no pressure to perform, no expectations — just space to arrive and be held.
Here’s how each gathering will flow:
Gentle breathwork to ground into your body
Sacred sharing (you’re free to speak or simply witness)
Movement or sound release (optional + guided)
Intuitive crown ritual- energetic touch offered to ground and clear the mind-body
Soft closing to integrate and return gently to your world
You can cry. You can stay silent.
You can bring your grief, your numbness, your joy, your uncertainty.
You are welcome in all your forms.
