For Women In transition

I support women through life's transitions —

grief · burnout · caregiving · relationship changes · identity shifts · personal transformation.

As a trauma-informed practitioner and inner wellness coach, I offer a compassionate space for reflection, self-discovery, and growth.

I don't believe people are broken or need fixing.

My role is to help you reconnect with yourself, navigate change, and move forward with greater self-trust, presence, and resilience.

My Approach

My work blends embodied somatic practice with reflective conversation.

Sometimes that lives inside a Soma Perju ritual — hands on the crown, breath setting the pace, words barely necessary.

Sometimes it lives in conversation alone — slow, held, no agenda but yours.

I bring both, depending on what your nervous system asks for in the room.

About Me

 

The coaching work came from my own journey through transitions that shaped me, broke me, rebuilt me, and brought me back to myself.

What I offer is what I needed and didn't always get — a held place. A pace that doesn't ask you to perform. A practitioner who has done her own work and is still doing it.

 

 

 

 

Who This Work Is For

The woman who has been holding it all together — and is quietly ready to put some of it down.

The woman in a transition she didn't choose — grief, divorce, empty nest, illness in the family.

The woman in a transition she did choose — career pivot, identity shift, the start of a new chapter she doesn't yet have language for.

The woman who is "fine" by every external measure and exhausted by every internal one.

The woman who feels like she's been outside herself for a while and is ready to come home.

How to begin
Unspoken: Ritual & Reflection Session

A 2-hour private container · $250

Unspoken is the offering at the center of this work — a single session that combines an embodied ritual with reflective conversation in one held space.

What it includes:

→ Opening conversation (15–20 min). We begin with what's alive for you today. What you've been carrying. What you came in for. No script.

→ A 60-minute ritual, chosen for you. Based on our opening conversation, I select the ritual you most need — drawing from the full range of Soma Perju cranial work. Breath-led. Slow. Specific to where your body is that day.

Unspoken coaching conversation (30–45 min). After the ritual, we sit. Warm tea. Reflection on what came up. Somatic tools you can take home for the days and weeks that follow.

→ Voice note check-in (1 week later). A short voice message from me, reflecting on our session and offering one prompt or practice to sit with. You're welcome to voice back. This is part of the container — not extra.

A Note Before You Reach Out

This work is coaching and embodied practice — not therapy or clinical care. If you're navigating active clinical trauma, complex grief, or mental health concerns, I encourage you to work with a licensed therapist alongside any work we do together. I'm happy to recommend therapists in the Kelowna area if you don't have one.

What I offer is reflective, embodied, and rooted in nervous system regulation. It complements clinical care. It doesn't replace it.
